A Academia de Artes e Ciências Televisivas revelou os indicados à 73ª edição do Emmy nesta terça-feira (13), em uma live com apresentação de Ron Cephas Jones (This Is Us) e Jasmine Cephas Jones (Hamilton). Abaixo você pode ver a lista completa.
“The Crown“, da Netflix, e “The Mandalorian“, da Disney+, lideram a lista, com 24 indicações cada um. Em seguida vem “WandaVision“, também da Disney+, com 23 indicações.
A HBO, com ajuda da plataforma HBO Max, lidera as indicações, com 130 citações no total. Logo atrás vem a Netflix, com 129. Em terceiro lugar veio a Disney+, apenas há dois anos em atividade, com 71 indicações.
Mj Rodriguez, de “Pose”, foi a primeira mulher trans a ser indicada na categoria principal de atuação.
Entre as esnobadas, que geraram críticas de fãs nas redes, estão ausências das séries “Small Axe” e “Master of none” e das atuações de Thuso Mbedu em “The Underground Railroad” e de Pedro Pascal em “The Mandalorian”, mesmo com o recorde de indicações da série.
A cerimônia vai ser realizada no dia 19 de setembro, em Los Angeles, com apresentação de Cedric the Entertainer e público ainda limitado devido à pandemia de Coronavírus. No Brasil, a exibição da cerimônia será da TNT.
